More EVE Stuff

So, I fly a Tengu on both of my characters.  For those that might not know, it's a Tech III Strategic Cruiser.  I'm in them for about 1.4b isk combined, a bit on the expensive side and I would be a little bit angry if I happened to lose one in a stupid manner.

If you play, and are currently on the fence about a T3 ship, just buy one!  They're a huge improvement over everything I've flown so far for NPC killing.  I'm too scared to fit one for PVP, but they're my weapon of choice when it comes to grinding for another PVP ship.

  1. is pvp optional? or can someone just show up and kill you while you are PVEing?

  2. @Nigma - No, PVP is not optional. While in high-sec zones you can still be shot at, but whoever shoots you is going to be popped by CONCORD, an NPC police-force. But once you hit low and null-sec space, it's open season.

  4. In EVE, are you able to like, buy up a back up crafts in case your main one dies or is it one at a time, conserve your funds for more crafts after one dies?

  8. @CHO - That's good, makes things less disastrous should you get gunned down unfairly or have an accident.
